11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.

12. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CaliberX regarding the use of the Site and Services.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Terms, and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

Assignment: You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our express written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations without restriction.
